Ancient Greek Remedy.... That Isn't Windex! #AncientGreekRemedyOil

Hello, Fireflies!

If you're a fan of the movie, 'Big Fat Greek Wedding," like I am, you probably understand that when I saw this bottle of Ancient Greek Remedy, my first thought was, "Windex!"

This Ancient Greek Remedy is actually a soothing oil blend, made of 100% pure oil.  The blend of cold-pressed Olive Oil, Lavender, Almond, and Grapeseed oil is organic, vegan, cruelty-free, and also free from pesticides and GMOs.

It comes in an amber glass bottle with a spray pump, so the oil is better protected from light and contaminants, and stays fresh longer - it's good for 3 years from the purchase date.  I wish it were a liquid pump instead of a spray pump, as the oil can splatter a little, but it's such a light, thin oil that it's not too bad. This is actually one of the lightest oils I've tried - it's not quite a dry oil, but it's thin, clear, absorbs pretty quickly, leaves no residue, and my skin feels nourished, not greasy.
Ancient Greek Remedy Oil is clear, light, and absorbs quickly. No greasiness!
I've been using this oil a lot on my hands and cuticles, and I really like how it works to soften my skin.  Some oils just feel like they're laying on top of the skin, or take forever to absorb, but this one feels moisturizing.  It does smell like lavender - mostly medicinal, a little floral.  It isn't that strong, and I don't find that it lingers.

Nailart: The base is Azature Indigo Diamond, and I painted the detail with Maybelline Bold Gold.

I've also used this oil on my hair with good results - it didn't make my hair greasy like Argan oil usually does, and I didn't have to wash it out like I do with Coconut oil.  I just used a little bit on the ends to smooth out some rough tangles, and was good to go.

On my face, this makes a good night treatment.  Oil is the last thing I put on at night, after my serums and my moisturizer.  Even my oily skin loves a good, light oil for keeping the moisture locked in - especially in these colder winter months.  I didn't experience any breakouts or irritation from this blend, and I think that the lavender oil worked to help prevent blemishes, while the other oils provide lots of vitamins, fatty acids, and antioxidants.

For more information, or to purchase, you can find this Ancient Greek Remedy Oil on their website, or on Amazon, where it currently retails for $9.50 for a 4 oz bottle.
