Holy Jojoba, Batman! #foxbrim

Product provided for review.  All opinions are my own.
Hello, Fireflies!

If you've been following my blog, you might know that I'm a big fan of oils for skin and hair care.  There's nothing like them! And, there's no other oil like Jojoba.

Actually, Jojoba isn't really an oil.  It's not made up of fats like traditional oils, but rather, it's made up of liquid wax.  This makes it more shelf-stable than traditional oils.  Of the oils currently used in cosmetics, Jojoba oil is the closest to resembling our own body's natural oil, called sebum.  When we apply Jojoba to our body, our body is tricked into thinking it created it, resulting in a more balanced oil production - especially for those of us, like me, with oily skin.
Foxbrim Organic Jojoba Oil
Foxbrim Organic Jojoba Oil is made from seeds of organically grown Jojoba plants, and is cruelty-free.  This amazing oil has a subtle nutty scent, and a golden color.  Because it's so like our own natural oil, a few drops will absorb quickly, but, like any oil, a heavier dose will take longer to absorb.

Like many cosmetic oils, it works well to remove makeup, and as a hair treatment, to condition skin and lips, and cuticles.  If you suffer from thin, brittle nails, like I do, this oil is unique in its ability to penetrate the nail itself.  Warm up a little in a bowl and soak your nails for 20 minutes for an amazing restorative hot oil treatment.  My nails love this, and it makes them more flexible, less brittle, and less prone to peeling!

When I gave my nails a break from the gels I'd been using, they were super-thin.  I used this jojoba oil like it was my JOB, applying after every hand wash, and every chance I got.  It's kept my nails from snapping off - they bend before they break, and my skin is soft and healthy.

My nailart is inspired by the grey watermark on the label. I used a dry marble technique where I used Sinful Colors Snow Me White, OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls, and 2B Grey Jeans polish swirled together with a brush.
Foxbrim products are cruelty-free and made or bottled in the USA.  If you'd like more information about Foxbrim, they can be found on Facebook, their webpage, and on Amazon.com, where this Organic, 100% Pure Jojoba Oil is on sale for $16.95

I've also reviewed Foxbrim's Total Hair Repair Oil, Orange Blossom Toner, Natural Soap, and their Anti-Aging Moisturizer.  If you're not perfectly satisfied with your Foxbrim purchase, they offer a complete money-back guarantee!

Have you tried Jojoba oil?
